OAK EVENTS registration module manages attendee sign-up for corporate events: per-type customizable forms, field validation, controlled invitee management (whitelist/blacklist), automatic confirmations, CRM integration.

What it does

• Per-event customizable forms: drag-and-drop builder, standard + custom fields

Attendee types

• Standard registrant: basic form, automatic confirmation
• VIP: personal invitation, whitelist, no form (one-click confirm)
• Press: form with journalistic fields (publication, press credential)
• Exhibitor: form with company data, booth selection, separate invoicing
• Staff/speaker: dedicated role, preferential access, no quota cap

Integrated funnel analytics

The module automatically tracks every step of the registration funnel: landing traffic → register click → form started → form completed → email confirmed. Analytics dashboard identifies the main bottleneck and suggests concrete optimizations (e.g., "6th field causes 18% drop-off, consider making it optional").
